With life moving faster, there are many computer programs on the market that aim to help users stay on top of everything. TimeTo is a program that claims to be one of the best, but we found that it was missing some common amenities.

This freeware provides users with a customizable interface. The initial picture is a little cramped and confusing, featuring a monthly, daily, and weekly calendar, all clustered together. Fortunately, users can close the ones they do not like and leave open the calendar that best suits them. From this point, users should have a simple time dealing with the bold icons at the top of the screen and the commands. Setting up an event on the calendar is similar to using Microsoft Outlook and lets you add the event, its time, and provides a scheduler for reminders.

TimeTo's added bonuses include an option to balance the schedule, but it turned out to be a just a fancy way of saying the user can click and drag events from one day to another. We did like the stopwatch, which can help calculate time spent on an activity or billable hours for a project. TimeTo doesn't have an address book, or other features that let you organize more than your day.

Overall, we felt that TimeTo did a fine job of calendaring events, but it didn't offer users anything they could not get better somewhere else. Without an address book and a more sophisticated prioritization program, we would recommend downloading a different organizational program that contains added features before choosing TimeTo.
