  Thank you so much for making this available. I was going to write something because it is much more "fun" than splitting files, but you had already done it. I was using a magestore extension for magento that had 8000 records that hung my site up when uploading the data. the developer said I had to do it 400 line pieces. You came to the rescue. Thanks Again!

  Pros

  This is a no frills program that does exactly what it says it will do. Input the file name, set one or two parameters and click execute. When I first downloaded it, it did NOT do what it said it would do. A couple of quick email exchanges with Polderij ICT and I had an updated file which worked. Excellent support for a free program.

  This is a no frills program. No help file, no instructions.

  Summary

  I had one CSV file that was way too large for Excel. I could open it in OpenOffice Base, but don't understand how that stuff works. CSV Splitter did exactly what I needed and split the one file into many files which I can now work on consolidating to get only what I need out of them. I highly recommend this program if you have a need to do this.
