• Great - but free license NOT unlimited

  Pros

  This is the best sync program I've used on a PC, and I've tried a few. Understandable GUI and good performance.

  Cons

  The "Free" license version of the program is NOT unlimited - though the limitation is pretty generous. The license states that the free version cannot be used to sync more than 20000 files in a month - fine for light-duty document copying but not a lot of use for keeping a rapidly changing media library in sync! Caveat downloader!

  => nice clean interface, modern feel <p> <p>=>lots of choice for criteria (time and date filters, automatic sync by date etc) <p> <p>=> lends itself nicely to the power user...someone with the time and energy to learn all the ropes and dig into the menus.

  Cons

  => they don't tell you about the transfer limit of 20,000 files max per month, unless you read the Terms during installation (am i the only sad soul to read these things?)! <p> <p>=> you only know about the IE v5.5+ issue AFTER installing and trying to run the prog. i don't like surprises! <p> <p>=> difficult/messy to set up properly as you have to dig into menus to select filter criteria. <p> <p>personally, FileSync, while having an aged interface, does the job a lot better - and there's no surprises! <p> <p>Health Warning: be very careful about your criteria before clicking the sync button, otherwise you can lose a whole load-a-data! nope, there's NO Undo button to bail you out if you get it all wrong so don't try looking for one afterwards ;)

• Works Great but HAS Limitations

  Pros

  The program works great to keep the PC's on my home network synchronized.

  Cons

  The site description says there are "No Limitations" but that isn't true. After using the software for less than 2 weeks it disabled itself and said I can't continue without BUYING their PRO version. That's what I call False Advertising.

  Pros

  Very very easy to use, especially for ordinary computer users, yet with quite a few useful functionalities. <p>The file filters are useful. <p>Completely replaces your Windows briefcase or Microsoft Sync Toy.

  Cons

  Free for private, infrequent use. <p>Have to buy if you sync a lot everyday. <p>Hmm, this is quite fair...it deserves the money. <p>Uses a little too much memory.

  Pros

  great no frills package. worked like a charm. i used it to sync my desktop, laptop & a network drive. did it effortlessly. after ms briefcase, this is like a breath of fresh air. great product. intuitive interface. highly recommend it for users who use a common pool of files on 2 or more machines.

  Cons

  The interface is a bit boring but can live with it. other than that,havent come across anything so far.

  Pros

  The author of this tool clearly knew what he had designed. No more rubbish functions, no more useless capabilities, easy to use and friendly interface. This is what the single-power-tool.

  A little code optimization needed. This software cost a bit too much resource, especially memories
