  I tried this software, and it's not so bad, but I found better software "Subliminal Massages" which is completely free and can be downloaded on mindofwinner.com under products. In general I think that it is worth to try using softwares for subliminal messages because it will help you to achieve your goals faster!

  it simply works and its developer updates it monthly

  maybe integrate it with subliminal images program. Sub images goes as a separate program now that is free for sub flash users, but it would be more comforatble if they could be combined in one program

  tons of predefined subliminals, displays them really fast.

  BrainWave Stimulator (binaural beats), that comes with Subliminal Flash is obslete, but support has assisted me quickly and sent BrainWave Studio Platinum (new re-branded version of BWstimulator) instead.

  It is free to try for 7 days, so try it, 7 days is enough to stop smoking or build self-confidence for example
