Uncomplicated and easy.You can set up your shutdown time, or other options in seconds.

Easy install. Simple to use. Works great.

No cons here. Since I leave the house shortly after scheduling the shutdown it doesn't matter to me if it minimizes to the taskbar or not.

I use it to shut down after a scheduled stream recording so I don't burn up bandwidth all day when I'm gone. Since I leave the house shortly after scheduling the shutdown it doesn't matter to me if it minimizes to the taskbar or not.

Simple, clean, easy install... and it works well.
Cons
Would be nicer if it minimized to system tray rather than taskbar, but no big deal...
