Will not recognize password

Will not recognize master password to open program!! I entered a master password during the installation. I wrote it down to make sure I used the same one when re-opening (I do this this first few times to make sure I remember, then destroy the paper). And now I cannot get into the program, let alone use it, because it does not recognize the password. What kind of garbage is this? A password protected secret file that is so secret even the creator of the file cannot open it????? AND>>> to top it all off, I cannot uninstall the program BECAUSE IT NEEDS THE PASSWORD!!! Great.
Summary
Never use this. It is crap. Does not perform after the installation setup.
