This application lets you send messages disguised by inconspicuous graphical images. Though your message isn't encrypted with Secret Messenger, its elementary interface easily hides and retrieves your personal memos. Simply type your text in its notepad, click hide, and select a JPEG image to mask your sensitive message. When you're ready to e-mail, just attach the new file as you normally would. The receiver can download and open the image using any imaging software, but they will need to install Secret Messenger to retrieve the hidden text using the password you've assigned. Be sure not to send any supersensitive messages during the trial, the image opens with a message at the top offering up the password and registration information. Although you can't hide files or encrypt your text with this software, it does provide a decent level of privacy for confidential e-mailing.
