Plug2Sync is an easy to use file synchronization software designed to sync Windows folders and transfer files using USB drive automatically. Plug your USB drive in to sync files and Internet Explorer favorites, share Microsoft Outlook between computers. Plug2Sync ensures flawless bidirectional synchronization of your files and Microsoft Outlook data in real-time. Synchronization is event-based; as soon as any files or Outlook items are created, changed, modified or deleted Plug2Sync will detect and synchronize all the changes automatically. Sync music, MP3, pictures, videos and documents between computers and mobile/smartphones. Synchronize Outlook Email, Calendar and Contacts without a server. Finally file backup and data backup made really easy. Use your mobile phone/smartphone USB data storage to sync and transfer files between computers. You can choose between scheduled or manual PC sync. Use exclude and include filters to synchronize only the data that you want. This state-of-the-art application works directly with MAPI without interference with your Microsoft Outlook. All Outlook data will be synchronized automatically even if your Outlook is not running and you don't have to install any Outlook add-ins. Intelligent duplicate detection is provided. Any external sync device, such as USB drives, memory flash cards, USB hard drives, disk drives and eSata drives will be recognized automatically on connect or reconnect. Synchronization settings are assigned to each drive automatically, which makes it easier to synchronize different groups of PCs containing various data sets, such as folders, schedules, filters and other settings. User oriented and extremely intuitive interface makes it very easy to get started. Compatible with Windows XP, Vista, 7 and Microsoft Outlook 2002, 2003, 2007, 2010.

If you want to lose your data, this is your tool! I lost over 3 weeks of work after I used this. Watch it erase files in My Documents like a champ! Doesn't CNet ever test these programs? Thank goodness I was able to recover data with a disk tool.

The next moment i found Plug2 Sync was the liberation form all my problems. I love the way my PC has all folders, favorites,bookmarks et ctr. And i always had troubles to put all things in the same order on the new place. With this soft i did it!

The software as easy as it gets. Just read the manual!
Summary
Some will tell, you can get the same for free. I say - cheaper, not always better. I can relay on Plug2Sync. I trust this program. It did everything i needed to be done - full synchronization of my PC: files, folders, favorites(!) and most important - Outlook! I've got all technical support from 4team,all step by step instructions.Truly, helpful program for all of us.

Automatically saves and backs up word; excel as well as Outlook information in USB drive for synchronization with another computer.

Summary
I no longer have to resend all items via Outlook or upload work files to access them at home. This tool saved me a lot of time. I strongly recommend it to anyone who wants to work productively and hates spending time on thinking how office information could be accessed when sitting at home. Now I have to remember only to stick my USB drive to a computer. Plug2Sync does the rest of the job.
