Used No More Cookies for Windows?
Editors’ Review
Would you throw out a fresh cookie? You might, if it was a browser cookie. Online applications place so-called cookies in your browser to track your identity, your shopping patterns, and your click history. No More Cookies installs a button in your Internet Explorer toolbar which, when clicked, displays a straightforward interface for sorting and deleting these cookies.
At first, every cookie on your PC is considered unauthorized. You can authorize cookies from trusted sites and delete unwanted ones. No More Cookies shows when each cookie was saved, the type of cookie it is, the last time it was accessed, and how many duplicates you have on your system.
Surprisingly, however, it doesn't block cookies from being installed in the first place. Still, given its freeware price, online privacy seekers may find this IE-only cookie manager a useful add-on.
