Medallia's first-ever Android app is now in beta testing with select customers! Note that only individuals who are already a part of our beta testing program will be able to log in. If you're a Medallia user who would like access to the app, please email us at mobilebeta@medallia.com and we'll see if we can get you up and running soon!We're adding new features all the time, but right now our beta testers will be able to:-Review responses and alert activity-Reply by email (with the starter template)-Call back customers and record call results-Close/reopen alerts-Leave a note for colleagues to readBeta users: Please do send us as much feedback as possible once you've tried these functions! The main navigation menu has a "Share Your Feedback" option that will make this quick and easy.Recent changes:Version 2.3 (Released June 25, 2013): -Fixed a bug that prevented some users from viewing customer responses.-Added the alert assignee to the responses list and response view-Other small improvements and bug fixesContent rating: Everyone
