Small Call Center: Can be used in a small call center environment where each agent has his/her own call list and only requires auto dialing. You can have as many agents as your phone system has available channels. Please refer to our commercial call center solution if you require the sharing of call lists and/or predictive dialing. Press One Campaign: This auto dialer can play a custom text to speech message, and should the called party be prompted to press a phone digit (example 1), the call can then be transferred to the user/agent. Standalone Auto Dialer: You can also use this auto dialer to just call people/businesses play a custom message without any user/agent being present.
