This application links your MS Outlook Contact List to your Cisco IP phone. When you want to dial a contact, simply find the contact and click on the Dial From IP Phone icon located on top of the tool bar in your Outlook Contacts Folder and choose the phone number for the contact you want to call.

Installs in 2 minutes. Makes dialing from contacts with my Cisco IP Phone a hands-free breeze. Let's me pick what number to dial (office, home, mobile, etc) with a click of my mouse.

Pros
Doesn't require TAPI on my desktop. The setup was very simple and quick. I like that you can click to dial from two different places in your Outlook contacts...either the main contacts page or when you search and pull up the individual contact the "Dial from IP Phone" icon is on the toolbar.
Cons
Make sure to read the instructions and test your Cisco Web Dialer service. Just because the Web Dialer is enabled, doesn't mean it is running...that was the case with my CallManager. I had to restart my Web Dialer service.
