  Pros

  Techsono has provided absolutely superior technical and customer service. They have been extremely fair to deal with, and I would be completely comfortable using their products again. SuperNZB saves me a ton of time and works with minimum effort from the user.

  None that I have encountered.

  Need better definition of "force decode". Does not hide password. explain why multiple decoders.
