Pros
Easy to use. Nice integration with Windows (right click file/folder, or drag-n-drop to the bin of the Master Schredder). Supports several shredding options and algorithms, so you can balance security and shredding time. Support responded promptly.
Cons
Could be even simpler to use. Shredding a file/folder now requires 3 clicks; one single confirmation click should be enough. User interface sometimes becomes slightly obscured. Cosmetic, does not affect the function. Empty file problem?
Summary
I spent almost a full day searching for a replacement for the file shredder built into the PGP package. I downloaded and tested *many* file shredders and eventually decided to use Master Shredder. It works nicely and seems to do the job, though I have not formally verified that the files actually are shredded and consequently impossible to recover/undelete.

Updated on Jan 26, 2011
Nice, easy to use.Best one found after extensive search
