Very good product; terrible customer service

Pros
Very good software with the potential to save a great deal of time and manual entry. I use it for data mining and it literally saves 30 minutes a day.
Cons
After a recent botched update with the result of the update causing the macros to improperly function, I called their customer "service". Took a day to respond and got a 16-word answer to a fairly complex problem. The answer had NOTHING to do with the problem and did not help in any way. If you purchase this product, do not count on any service down the road.
