LaunchOne for Windows

LaunchOne allows you to start applications and documents via keyboard using completion on every arg (major lack of other keyboard launchers). It provides a default plugin to start documents with associated applications and applications with simple command lines. It provides also a calculator plugin and a run plugin to use to start applications with complex command lines very easily (an example for using CLamp/winamp command line is included). This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
