• Didn't work and customer support not good

  Did not work on any of my corrupt files. Went to customer service online and asked for refund. I was told to send in file to analyze and that I would hear back in 12-24 hours. Never heard anything. A week later I went to customer service and asked for refund. Was told I would have to wait another 12-24 hours for response from sales department, was I reassured I would hear back from them this time and that that was my only option. Never heard anything again. Two days later I tried to contact customer service again and was repeatedly told that all agents were busy and to try later. Finally had to contact Paypal for refund and am waiting for resolution still.

  Summary

  Not sure the product works at all and I am wondering if the reviews are from employees of their company versus actual users.

  MS Word has become an important tool in all our lives. But the bitter truth about Docx files is that they are prone to frequent corruption. I had created the Docx file that contained nearly 50 poems. Its was years of hard work and dedicated approach. One day I was shocked to see that the document file wont open and gave an error message. Tears ran through my eyes. What I lost was important! . Kevin, my cousion suggested me couple of Online recovery programs. I checked their functioning via demo versions, I was reluctant towards them but one was way different. I quickly downloaded the full version of SysInfoTools Docx Recovery and was able to recover all my poems within minutes.

  Pros

  Great example of a data recovery software. I just liked everything in this product, i.e. from performance to GUI. Everything is just fabulous in it.

  Cons

  Didn't find any.

  Summary

  I downloaded the demo version of SysInfoTools Docx Repair first. It showed my recovered file. I could see all my recovered data in preview session, text part in one window and image part in another one (separately). It executes an instant recovery and gives best output within a few clicks. I would really like to recommend this software to everyone who will face such situation what I faced in my past.

  Pros

  It helped me recover multiple Docx files simultaneously. Before saving the recovered file I could see the preview of my recovered data. It also allowed me to save the recovered file my desired location. The GUI of the software is just incomparable. All the major features of the software are outstanding.

  Cons

  I hardly found any drawbacks of the software. The demo version didn't allow me to save the recovered data. This is the only thing what I didn't like. But I understand that this happened due to the limitation of the demo version.

  Summary

  I used SysInfoTools Docx Repair software to repair my corrupted Docx files. It worked really nicely and recovered my corrupted files. I'm really very grateful to SysInfoTools Docx Repair software and its entire team. Thanks a million times.
