THE LEGAL STUFF

The app works through exempt offerings; currently, we can only have a certain number of sophisticated (non-accredited) investors, but an unlimited number of accredited investors. We are planning on changing that soon.

We are not a cryptocurrency app, everything is in U.S dollars and available only to U.S. investors (for now).
