ZTE JoinMe is a total piece of crapware.

Pros
It installs is about all I can say because nothing else about it works.
Cons
It is a total piece of crapware. Besides most of the messages being in Chingrish, besides that the graphics are almost impossible to read because of the lousy color scheme and the size of the font, besides that the help is limited to a few FAQs, none of which seem to apply, besides all that, the software does nothing and the self diagnostics tell me nothing except that my network is not working, which cannot be true or otherwise how am I able to send this?

Pros
It works for the ZTE Grand S lite. You can sync your Outlook agenda, contacts and media files. Also a backup restore feature is there. It does about what Kies does for Samsung phones; syncing and file exchange.
Cons
The controls are not always easy to find. Syncing your agenda with Outlook office for instance, it is behind the 'more' button but try to find it. Also I had to which my phone to 'developer mode' before my PC saw the phone on USB. On the other hand, directions to do so are clearly explained.
Summary
It's working and it is free. That's the first 7 point on a scale to 10. They need to smoother the software to make it a real 'must have' tool.
