The interface is a pleasant shade of blue.
Cons
First time I ran the software it appeared to locate duplicates. I checked to delete all duplicates and all it did was break the link to the file. Hundreds of exclamation points. A google search helped me resolve that issue. I ran the software again and I still have hundreds of duplicate files. There is no user manual on line. Their site indicated they have 24/7 chat support. Not true. You submit a ticket and wait.
Summary
There is no support. The only documentation is 3-4 screen shots. Avoid this software. I bought it and regret it very much. Be warned.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Feb 16, 2012<p/>To followup on my previous review. I have spent over 10 hours attempting to organize my iTunes library. I have lost over a 1000 songs and the rest are fragmented between an external drive and my pc. As near as I can tell, I have no less than four separate itunes library's. Out of fairness, I did receive a response to my service ticket. They requested I schedule a time to be home so they can remote into my PC. My feeling is, if they cant do a better job of developing and supporting their product on the phone or with chat, there is NO way I am authorizing them to take control of my pc. I have been doing a lot of research and concluded there are products available that will work for the duplicate song issue. Do your research. Don't be burned by this company.

Says it's deleted many duplicates, but when I go back to iTunes, all 1,800 duplicates are still there.

Have tried for 2.5 months to get a resolution from the company, but they've been unresponsive.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Dec 13, 2011<p/>I should have given this zero stars; I wasted $$$ on this program, and the company won't resolve my issue of either refunding my purchase price, or fixing the problems with the program. Stay away from these folks.
