  Dear Mr. Summers, iSpQ is about to mess up with customers like me. I started with ispq when it was the version 5.0. Apparently you changed your policy you said. See attached some examples and review all the profiles as I took the time to take more than 25 screenshots of your customers on ispq NOT showing their faces in their profiles!!! Please see the attached files! I guess you are using several measurements with customers. One is good and others not. If your policy is that everyone should show his face on his profile, then you should make sure that everyone does!!! Your customer service sucks I have to say and if a customer is no longer valuable for you, no wonder that more and more people will be fed up and move over to other programs! From my part I will certainly not renew or upgrade my license. I had also version 5, 6, 7 and 8 which you decided to end. These practices are disgusting. A disgusted customer!

  Relatively Spam and Bot Free.

  Cons

  Active Membership Numbers are VASTLY overrated and you can have the program on for hours on end without receiving any messages. Heavy handed moderators act as punishers and do as they please with no way to respond to them or put in a complaint. There are far too many moderators as well who will obliterate every field of your online profile and ban you from the program at will for any reason, valid or not. This program is going down the same path as ICU2, once a popular program, but now completely in shambles because they did not listen to their members and allowed Moderators to run roughshod over everyone they personally did not like.

  Summary

  If you want to have fun, that is not going to happen here. Save your money. Even Yahoo Messenger with all it's many bots and spammers is more exciting that this, and that program is free. The Free Version of this program is a bait and switch tactic, you can look at a few profiles and send a few messages, but your privledges will quickly expire.

  I little bit expensive,when one is on a Pension,but if you want it,you buy it,and the free updates are very good

  Monitors are friends with the "Bad Guys" of the servers. They also threaten you with lawsuits if you do not comply with the kiddie like tactics.

  Summary

  Would not waste my time with this software. DO NOT waste your money on this program like I did.They take your money with no regard to the way the bad people make others feel.
