Summary
While testing SMS Deliverer Ultimate, I couldn't work out how to have the software answer an inbound call. I thought I was missing something so I jumped on to their live online chat. After explaining my issue, Tian asked for permission to have a live look via TeamViewer. He jumped on to my machine and within a few minutes of testing, he apologised and said it must be a bug and he'd immediately inform the software engineers. Within 12 hours he sent me an email with the link to download the latest version with the bug fixed. That is amazing support.
