  Easy to install. Easy to use. Has all the features I will ever need. Talked to sales and they did this online demo and I was very impressed. Highly recommended.

  A little pricey but the last piece of software I will ever have to buy to run this business.

  Im not to sure about the negative reviews posted below, but you would have to be as dumb as a POST not to be able to install and run this software in about 15 mins. I have a 10 truck fleet and my dispatcher has been entering calls all morning and I can't get it away from her. <p> <p>After reading the bad reviews I was hesitant to download. But then I noticed they were all posted on the same day, 50 minutes apart from each other. It obviously a childish competitor just trying to do damage. This product is rock solid.

  I would not recommend this software for any towing company that is in a need for a program that is supposed to help you become efficient. This software did little more than cause me to loose time than to be more effective. Lots of loose ends. I also called them for a price one guy gives me one price and the next day the other guy gives me alot higher price, I wouldnt do business with people like this.

  they claim this is pure microsoft based but i dont know about that it blew my microsoft windows up, i was using an windows xp and thats what they recomended. I finally got it installed after an hour and a half and it didnt make any sence and when i uninstalled it it crashed my computer. i would not recomend this software to any professional towing company at all.

  I would not even download this software. The installation crashed my computer! Tried to repair my windows and even then it kept trying to install itself, I even removed it from my system, but the install kept trying to load! Once I got it to stop trying to reload, my system was completely unstable, many of my other programs would not work anymore. I had to completely reload my machine. I will never try another demo from this company, they defiantly don't know what they are doing, probably a bunch of young kids or something.

  Pros

  Very easy to install and use. In the first hour of using it I knew how to get around in the program and use many of the features.

  Cons

  Some features that a small company wouldn't use and maybe a bit pricy for our 2 truck operation, but still well worth it for what is in the program.
