simple access to screen brightness

Pros
Needed a way to test the brightness of a WES7 embedded device where I couldn't install any software and this fit the bill. Worked on a Congatec QA3 with the BayTrail Atom processor.
Cons
Lets you totally switch off the backlight without confirmation, i.e., gives you enough rope to hang yourself.
Summary
Great little app to play with the screen brightness in 10% steps. Works on my laptop and an embedded PC that I'm developing (WES7/Intel Atom). You'd think this function would be integrated into the OS, but Seattle doesn't understand that sort of thing.
