FTP Live for Windows

User Reviews

• Very Handy FTP Tool

  danno_d_mannoMay 30, 2010

  Pros

Totally Free Fast Convenient for traveling

  Cons

Not quite as powerful as an FTP program that installs on the computer, but much easier.

  Summary

I keep this shortcut on my computer and use it while traveling. Many ISPs block port 21 for FTPing to my website but FTP Live bypasses that. Yay!

• Handy Free Online Tool to help tweak website when away from home/office.

  Pros

FTPLive is easy to access, easy to log on to server and upload/download files. After using for about a week, I've had no problems at all. <p>This program would allow some of my site visitors to upload files to my server without requiring that they purchase ftp software.

  Cons

I would like to have more information about who is behind this service before I would sign up for "Premium Service."
