• Won't Allow Me To Uninstall...Certificate Is Untrustworthy

  First, it should be noted that Cross FTP has a certificate that is not trusted. <p> <p>Still, I made the mistake of downloading this product from Sourceforge.com with the intent of having an FTP Server and Client for an audio blog I'm working on. But after discussing with someone in the know about the merits and drawbacks of hosting a server on my computer, I opted out. So I went to my computer's Control Panel and Uninstalled it from there. Still, everytime I start/restart my computer, I get a Javascript warning that states my machine can't find the program. I went to my Java Control Centre and deleted all files from there. Nothing worked. <p> <p>I'm forced to do a virus check now, because I'm not sure of what kind of security vulnerabilities my computer has been subjected to, since downloading (and not being able to uninstall) this useless product. <p> <p>Caveat Emptor.
