Pros
Does what it says - converts anything I've thrown at it. I keep a shortcut on my desktop and use it all the time. Results come up as you type in the numbers and it seems to be 100% accurate. I've never caught it out
Cons
Like most things on Vista it is not quite as easy as in previous versions
