It apparently does nothing except to check for proxy server but shows nothing.

It uses a very small filesize, approx 2.6MB.
Cons
It shows an advertisement using IE and although it checks for proxy servers, it does not even show them. It doesn't even have a help page.

This thing offers no real help - and when attempting the odvious, it LOOKS like it is downloading some lists; BUT nothing appears in the programs window, nor can you find the list file(s) anywhere!
