Extremely disappointing ripoff

- Alluring bells and whistles but unable to access them

- I paid for Incredimail Plus and Gold and have yet to access any of the content I paid for. I have followed all help instructions, downloaded, redownloaded, and reinstalled. I have also sent numerous emails to supposedly "VIP" support to no avail. I cannot recommend this program to anyone. I want the $75 some bucks I paid back.
