EZ-Guard is to protect your files from unintentional transmission to the Internet and unintentional copy to other directories. Anti-virus programs do these things against computer virus, but not against your inadvertent operations. how? (1)Blocking transmission of files in the specified folders to the Internet. (2)Blocking copying or moving files in the specified folders to other folders. (3)Providing file encryption functions. Only entering path names gives you file protection against inadvertent transmission to the net. In particular, the internet-enabled software is unable to read-access the files in the secured folders.

This product makes securing files and/or folders easy

Pros
You can select a program that you ant to have access to the folder or file and if it should have internet access such as a backup software or a program that you do not want to send over the internet such as word. Once you set up up, its always on until you deselect the option. Will stop data to usb or copy to other directory.
Cons
The screen does not expand so you need to scroll the block list. could email a warning?
Summary
Great product. Works very well. Data leak prevention done in just a few click. Also use Peerblocker as well as EzGuard.
