Pros
Easy to load and install. Free trial is a definate plus.
Cons
Software does not work as advertised on my LAN. Hardware is set up correctly, a switch has been added to the LAN with port mirroring configured. Monitoring computer will not detect or monitor mirrored PC. In fact it will not even work on the monitoring computer, just shows one side of the conversation. Been dealing with support for this problem for 10 days and the problem still has not been resolved.
Summary
I would not recommend this software to anyone at this time. If the company support team can come up with a fix or show me where it is my equipment I will revise this review
