This simple recipe collector is easy to use, but short on frills. Runningman Recipe Database has a plain but functional interface, with fields to enter ingredients and directions. Pictures in JPEG, BMP, or GIF formats are easily inserted. You can add and use categories, sources, and health ratings to organize your entries. The downside to this program is no import feature is available, and cut and paste is the shortest option to entering recipes. The search tools, however, are better than one would expect from such a basic program, and allow you to search by ingredients, directions, or keywords in any field. You can print, but not format, recipes, and there's no export feature offered. Anyone can use this recipe collector, and the 15-day trial will be more than enough time to see if it's right for you.
