Worked on only one of three similar machines. Slow! Took 7 hours to clone a 750 GB disk. Support (email only!) is non-existent, even after several attempts. Unexplained error messages, undecipherable log messages.
Summary
Waste of time and money. Acronis True Image does the same job in 1/10 the time, and works every time.<br /><br /><span class='notifyMsg'> Updated </span>on Jun 30, 2014<p/>Finally got it to work on a second machine, by specifying sector-by-sector mode. this time it took nearly 10 hours to clone a 1TB drive. Horrible performance.

I paid for it and it DID NOT even work! No refunds or reply when I contacted them.
Summary
I bought the program and tried to clone my hardrive to a new SSD I bought. Did it 3 times and always got stuck at 50%.... So I sent them an email to ask for a refund, but they didn't even reply. I had to pay for a software that did not work. So I used another program which is FREE called Disc Wizard Seagate. What it did was it shut everything off, and cloned my hardisk before it went into Windows. Much much quicker.

as has been written before.. a free download leading to a point...only to be told now you have to buy it... would have bought it if they were up-front with the price and terms... would have "contributed" as I usually do when "freeware" works ...

Pros
This one made a very simple copy of my old drive that worked. I didn't need to re-install Windows 7 or anything else for that matter. It was as simple as making the clone, swapping out the drives and rebooting.
Cons
I haven't ran into a problem with it yet.
