Show disk usage, Directory printer, Find and remove duplicate files, Rename files and maintain files, all in 1 tool.

Disk Usage: Simple to use since it looks just like the MS Explorer. In addition it always shows the folder size and the folder size with subdirectories. This allows you to quickly drill down to directories that are taking your disk space

Directory Printer: Print the contents of an entire disk or a single directory. Print DLL, EXE version info. Print AVI, MP3, MSI, WAV and MS-Office info. Full Unicode support. All screens can be printed to a Printer, Text file, Clipboard, HTML file, XML file, Excel file or Excel program.

Find duplicate files and duplicate directories: Duplicate files can be found based on same name, size, CRC checksum or comparing byte by byte. The duplicate files search is multi-threaded - making it very fast. The duplicate files output is colored by groups to make processing easy.

File maintenance: Multiple file rename. Multiple file change date. Multiple file change owner. Shows file owner, and it reports total file size by the file owner. Reports total files size by file type (Extension).

Excellent for sorting years of duplicate files by the thousands and thus releasing up vast amounts of disk space.
Cons
As an experienced user I can say that there is none that is worth mentioning. A great job well done!

Pros
After trialing a bunch of these utilities I found Directory Report to be the easiest to get to grips with! Mainly because of a simple interface that isn't immediately clogged with info! It has all the features I need for managing a large number of files and it is an essential utility for me!
Cons
I have had to buy several times over the years as I have changed computers but that is understandable and the price isn't outrageous

An inexpensive, fast and easy to use utility that will help you keep your files in order. Over a couple of years it has proved invaluable in finding duplicates. The options for choosing which to retain and for renaming are very helpful making it easy to reorganize and locate files.
Cons
New versions seem to need new product keys but these are sent quickly.

- Easy to Use - Easy to Sort - Easy to display in bytes, KB, MB, or GB - Easy to find large files sizes and folders I have used this product for many years. This is the first time I used on Windows 7 64-bit. Simple, nothing fancy, a great utility.

The UI is a little hard to use at times. I struggled trying to figure out how to save and export reports.

Pros
I use this tool to do lots of things, but most frequently to change multiple filenames (due to Google Drive's pesky renaming to (1) and (2) etc.) Also do some file and directory size analysis. Worth every penny - plus you get free lifetime upgrades.
Cons
You won't find a Windows 8.1 polished interface, but that's not really a con, now is it? This is very utilitarian software - it works GREAT, is FAST and its strength is in its utility, not useless fluff and dazzle.
Summary
Try before you buy. Lifetime Upgrades. Fast. Has been a trusted utility for many years. Hands down the best file/directory management utility in my toolbox.

Pros
Works great for me for scanning network directories to see who is using up space. I also like being able to change the owner of files if you have to move files around. Support is great always get a quick response if I run into trouble. If you have to maintain files on a network you should have this.
Cons
The only problem I have ever had is with the licensing key when I reinstall windows but that gets fixed with a quick email. There is an option in the new version that will resolve this by deactivating your license first before you reinstall.
