Briliantly simple program to copy where windows won't

- Easy to use - Clear summary on what is failed to copy - Very few (system) files that cannot be accessed (and many more than windows will let you copy)

- Copies only one folder at the time

Pros
I have been using it for a long time, and I copy huge amounts of data, folders within folders, etc. Generates a report of files it cannot copy, usually because the file names/paths are too long. These can be renamed and copied individually if they are important. Also has a copy to clipboard option to save items that were not copied to a text file. Incredibly simple to use.

Can't think of any.

Fast and Easy Way to Transfer Files from Drives

Pros
Highly recommended. I used Y copy to transfer all my files on one drive to a new hard drive to test its capacity, and just by highlighting the drive I was able to do it. The files transferred fast and easy. (130gb around 4 times to a 465 gb drive)
Cons
I would have to use it again to see what limitations it had because I don't remember. But for transferring information from one drive to another it was perfect.
Summary
Excellent tool for transferring whole drives. Wish I found this sooner! I tried other copy programs but they wouldn't let you select an entire drive, or they took too long. This is perfect for whole drive transfers.

The software does do excellent copy and reporting.
Cons
Tool is for maunal copying and reporting of files. Need an automated solution for enterprise use. Like scheduling.

I was having problems copying folders with corrupted files, when I remembered seeing this software just yesterday. I sought it out and voila! <p> <p>This program is as simple as it gets to solve a vexing problem with trying to copy folders with corrupted files. Windows XP just shuts down when it can't copy a file, leaving the user with a frustrating task that I won't even go into right now, but if you've ever been there, you know and it's free!
