DiceLottery is an easy to use application designed to enable you to map random events from a source to a destination of your choice. For instance you can choose lottery numbers to bet on by throwing a pair of dice (several times). This way, you can use an available, fair source of events which you trust and map its outcomes to your desired destination (e.g. lottery numbers and the winner for a drawing). The program also ensures fairness in the mapping it performs.
