  Check out the Diamond MM graphics support site - Legacy driver FAQ. Instructs you to the VIA website support to upgrade to 4IN1409.exe, but choose the lastest version for 4-in-1 (4IN1425.exe). After that it's OK on a Windows 98 Second Edition.
