As aforementioned, Deskreen is a tool that lets you turn any device into a secondary screen for your PC. When we say any device, we mean it. Any device with an in-built or third-party browser can extend your PC's screen. This applies to phones, tablets, smart TVs, other computers, etc. 

How does this work? It is straightforward.

First, you must download and open Deskreen for Windows on your computer. Scan the QR code with your phone or tablet (or type in the address in any browser) to open a page with the connection status on your device. If the address matches both screens, click Allow on the Deskreen app on your PC. The next step is to select what screen source you want to share. You have the option to share your entire screen or an application window. You will be presented with preview boxes, and you can choose whichever meets your needs.

The other great functionality the Deskreen app offers is extending your screen to as many devices as you want. The app uses a Virtual Display Adapter to extend your screen to other devices. The app is entirely Wi-Fi compatible and offers useful features like video quality control and a connected devices panel that allows you to manage connected devices. The process is as simple as screen sharing, but you will only be limited to viewing one application per device.

Deskreen Minimum System Requirements

To run Deskreen on your Windows PC, you will need a PC with at least 250MB of RAM and 210MB of storage space. Every new screen-sharing session will require up to 100MB of extra memory for a smooth session. In terms of processing power, any modern dual-core CPU will get the job done.
