  great communication but not when comes to refund. Had to go through PayPal dispute.

  Did not resolve my iphone backup issues. Thought of giving it a try after few months later after reading a few forums, they reluctant to help and also push me away and giving me attitude.

  Luck involve i guess with the software, didn't work for me. But customer service sounds good if everything workout, but if something went wrong worse company to deal with

  Pros

  I bought version 10. In my case it didn't fix my problem as the problem was with me not the backup. After contacting the company via email to say it didn't work, I immediately received a detailed step by step guide on what to do next to help me trouble shoot the phone and backup so they could diagnose the issue. Very responsive. After I realised my mistake and restored my phone with the original backup, I asked for a refund. To my surprise I received one within a day, no questions asked. This is a excellent company to deal with and I wholeheartedly recommend them; there is no downside.
