Cowbell is a modular .NET IRC Bot with numerous built in features. Amongst the services Cowbell comes with by default are, a worldwide weather forecast capability, web search (provides the first result for given keywords), alarm clock (timed reminders), ping and NSLookUp services, dictionary and definition services, channel service (account management). All functionality in Cowbell is implemented with plug-ins, so there's no limit to the amount of features and services Cowbell can have.
