Set up surveillance camera and send notifications when motion is detected.

CamPSA is a program for the Windows operating system that monitors the video signal from one camera and is able to detect if a significant part of the picture selections has changed. CamPSA uses Windows Multimedia device for detection movement. It makes snapshots of the movement under JPEG format, making it usable as an observation or security system. It can send out a WAV sound or send the JPEG file on a client when detecting motion. You can also use camPSA for real-time viewing locally or remotely. CamPSA after a detection can have the following actions: record on disc an image JPEG, transfer the image on a distant site in FTP, start an audio recording, send a mail, pay a sound, execute external application. Version 2.0.2 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.

Creator came here to say we have to write batch files to keep it from crashing. I think he should do it himself.
Summary
It's not finished and it's a really, really stupid risk to use unstable security software. I don't know why people take this crap out of beta but it's everywhere.

Pros
If you execute CamPsa and it crashes, <p>1. Open CamPsa ini file and delete it's contents <p>2. Rerun CamPsa and it will launch + write auto bare bones ini and stay running <p>3. Note auto ini and configure CamPSA per your needs and save <p>4. Delete from Ini file all the lines that matched the bare bones auto ini and save it, it will launch and run with your saved ini auto, writing in the bare bones, you have to do this every time you launch but you can write a batch file to take care of this work around.

Pros
program operated in english, easily stored jpegs of what moved in front of my cam. It was fuctional in two minutes.
Cons
install was in French, yet I had no problems installing, Simple program not a lot of options. Some options that apeared availeble did not function.
