Word-by-word comparison compares files with a common ancestor. Folder comparison function allows comparing two folders and files within it. If you work with plain text, then you can edit compared documents, apply or decline changes. Finally, you can bring comparison details to simple or advanced structured report.

Can't do large files and the upgrade to 8.3 crashed

Worked ok for small files; 10-20 pages.
Cons
Printed an .html page into .pdf so it should have been OCR'ed quite easily. The application couldn't read any of the file. It converted the .pdf into 9 blank lines.

When I try to open the PDF file that I have (which opens fine in Acrobat Reader), I immediately get an error "Error converting c:\...\myreport.pdf, Error message: TProgressBar property out of range"

I have a plain vanilla XP installation. This thing failed on first attempt, and locked up the whole opsys on second. What exactly the CNET editor was thinking I don't know.

The User Interface looks nice but as described in the Cons I never actually got to compare PDF Files!

The program keeps crashing when I try to load a single PDF File! The first one I tried had about 300 pages so I thought okay ... maybe that's too big. The next one I tried had only 12 pages but several figures. This time it crashed as well after it took a long time to process or whatever it was doing. I was too frustrated to try a single page text-only PDF.
