great product! very very poor support.

Pros
the software was able to recover my lost data from my drive. the driver lost its partition.
Cons
lost my install id. support email was a sender returned email. $70 to high.
Summary
great product, just dont loose ur key.

Pros
I lost my 80GB Samsung HDD's 1st partition, which is connected as USB device. This partition got corrupted and unreadble/unaccessible by windows. I tried many recovery tools. At last only this tool can show me my files in that partition. (I tried demo version, which can't save them).
