What a pain this one was to work with. Could you make the voice mail menus any more difficult to change? Why do I have to wait until the menu is read before I press a number on the phone? Why doesn't this thing take a phone message when the caller doesn't wait for the entire menu to play out? It would be one thing if the manual spelled out this problem, but it doesn't.
