• Great stuff but not free

  Excellent full coverage software that incorporates just about everything you need to run any sized hotel or bed and breakfast etc.

  Cons

  Not free. Can use it for 40 days then most of the features lock up and you have to subscribe to the pro version to keep it working. No online capabilities so that people can view availability and book rooms online from their phone or computer which is A MUST nowadays.

  Summary

  Great for in house tracking and booking. Really nice for handling paperwork and tracking trends but after 40 days ya gotta pay for it and with no online features to help show availability and let guests book their own rooms it becomes just another thing to input information into which equals more work. If they would ad online capabilities I would pay for the product. I would pay for MORE than what they are asking the pro features are so nice but without the online feature it is missing the largest and single most important feature hotels need today.

  This is truly an excellent program that would not be out of place in a high end hotel. Having been in the epos field and install several differnt hotel softwares I can recommend this product whole heartedly,

  1. I cant charge for it!!!!!! <p>2. Its better than the commercial software that I sell.

  The publisher claims this to be free. It is not! It is trial software that incurs a monthly charge after 40 bookings. I am sick to death of people claiming that something is free when there is a catch
