  Pros

  There's a good clear set if installation instructions on the site, but only for the initial installation of the scanning system.

  Cons

  Apparently the driver software comes as part of the scanner package and is not available for downloading later. The only software I found was pretty pricy for something that just scans and OCR's the results into something looking similar to Excel. Not impressed. If you need software, it might be better to go to one of the online auction sites and bid on a used card scanner that includes the software.
