Marvelous time calculation software tool, which is easy

Pros
Appears to have unlimited time tracks or people shift. You can keep an ongoing history by a date range, which will be very useful in my time & billing for construction projects.
Cons
The custom report builder has incredible flexibility, but I would like to see some documentation about its possibilities. It seems to have a spreadsheet like calculations built into it.

I can't believe this product is free.
I have 2 employees & Calctime is perfect for my use.

It's easy to use & free. I have been using it for years. With only 2 employees it is perfect for my needs. Thank you for allowing me to use this software for free.
Cons
It would be nice to be able to scroll the report view using the mouse instead of having to move mouse to scroll bar at side of screen.

I liked how easy it would make the task of totalling work hours.
Cons
The window would not maximize or even stretch to a larger size. Therefore, not all of the screen could be seen. The program locks up whenever a report is run.

Calculate elapsed time in regular or military style; plus, add and subtract beginning and end dates.

CalcTime provides features for multiple time logs, which can be used for multiple people, jobs and/or tracking time for things that require time logging. This feature replicates a time-clock card. Also, CalcTime includes Report Builder, which is a feature that allows end-users to modify existing time logs and create new ones. Report Builder can also be used to create FORMS and to perform many spread-sheet-like calculations. CalcTime includes a simple calculator for adding and/or subtracting one time of day from/with another. You can use 'regular time' formats for AM/PM or 'military time' such as 17:00 for 5:00 PM. Also, CalcTime includes a calculator running tape feature for adding and subtracting time.
