• Too complicated not user friendly, do not honor return

  Pros

  If you live in India and needs caste information, with no costumazitation it might work

  Cons

  Not customizable. They take forever to answer, even though I would be awake on their time zone, they took hours. I requested another software that they offered to see if the other one was easy to use, told me that they will give me the info to exchange the one I bought, never got it. Tired of waiting I requested the refund as the policy, uninstalled while online as they told me that I had. No money back, contacted them and told me that it will be done, couple of weeks emailed again and nothing. Four emails so far and they are telling me that my request the one for today was after the refund perid. I wouldn't emailed them today if I had gotten my money 2.5 months ago as I requested
