• A very easy tool to update websites

  Pros

  I have been using this tool to manage our websites for years. Just setup a FTP task for each site. When you want to update the site, just click the "Start" button, the task will detect the changes and upload the changed files automatically, and it is much faster than other similar software, because this tool can upload multiple files simultaneously. It is very simple, and save much of my time.

  Pros

  This software can detect file updating, file deletion, file moving accurately, but it does not create any extra files in the synchronizing folders, (Many other software create this kind of files) Amazing!

  This software can synchronize the changed files only by multiple thread and multiple sessions. It is the fastest FTP synchronization software that I have used until now!!

You can combine your hard disks, removable drives, and supported cloud servers in any way that fits you best, and synchronize or perform incremental backups of your data whenever you need. Actually, you can combine all of them if necessary, as BestSync can synchronize from multiple locations at once. All tasks can be scheduled to not interfere with your normal work, and you can even tell the program to shut down your computer when the task in hand has finished. Before performing any task, though, BestSync will show you an exhaustive report of all the files that will be copied, deleted, or re-written in the process.

  Probably the feature that has made BestSync to stand out from many other similar tools is the fact that all the files involved in a synchronization task are backed up first, and their names encrypted. If only for this extra safety measure, this is a backup and restore utility that deserves trying.

  BestSync is the unique synchronization software that encrypts the file names and the file contents. It uses AES 256 Bits algorithm to encrypt the file names and contents. This is the important feature to protect the confidential files when you upload the confidential files to host servers.

  Pros

  I have been using BestSync to publish my website for more that 4 years. This tool detects the changed files, and uploads the changed file automatically very fast by multiple sessions. It can also set the file attributes that is a very important feature to upload Perl script. It has a preview to show you an exhaustive report of all the files that will be copied, deleted, or re-written in the process

  It is best if it has the file verification feature.

  Pros

  I've gone through 10 different backup softwares to find one suitable for backing up large network shares, and this is the first one that can actually do it. This software can upload multiples files simultaneously, this boosts the upload speed dramatically. It's fast, robust and feature-rich.

  Help system could be more detailed.

  Whenever I set up an Outlook backup, BestSync removes ALL my calendar entries from Outlook. I've tried it twice. NOT ACCEPTABLE!!!

  I like the program overall, but the Outlook backup option is unacceptable.
