  - Clean, wizard like interface

  - Extremely slow - Buggy: I searched for unneeded files and then cancelled the operation and to my surprise, my recycle bin was filled with temporary files

  How CNET awards a 5 Star rating to this program beats me as it is not even worth a single star. The only thing good about the program is its interface. Watching it search for junk (especially registry) is like watching grass grow. I cancelled the unneeded file operation and found my previously empty Recycle Bin filled with junk!!! Luckily, I had taken a backup prior to installation but still did not have the nerve to try deleting anything from the searches. This is a critical flaw in the program, and forget about getting a star, it should have never been in CNET in the first place!!! Guys, stay away from this one. There are far better, faster and safer cleaners out there.

  Trashed my W-7 Pro.

  I ran my first scan using the defaults. Immediately, my OEM Windows 7 Pro informed me it was an unauthorized installation. When I tried to correct this through the Windows 7 website I was offered a chance to purchase an authorized version. It was during this procedure that I discovered some of the browsing features of Chrome and Firefox were not working. Fortunately, I always set a system restore point before installing new software, so I was able to get my system back. I'd recommend this program only if you are thoroughly qualified to handle any damage it might do to your system.

  Cleans up without a hassle. Speeds up computer, which it should having gotten rid of unnecessary files.

  Too many clicks to finish which shows how much I have to do.

  Excellent app. Used with "Glary" (see TechRepublic Downloads) , everything was running smoothly and faster.
